Step Into Our Higher Self Every Morning!

Talk about a game changer.

In 2020, I made a radical shift in my life.

I gave myself the kick in the ass I was actually craving.

Why would I crave a kick in the ass?

Because I knew I could do better than what I currently was.

I knew I had a higher potential,

a higher level,

and I was ready to lift OFF!! 🚀

I was diving all in to the Law of Attraction.

*Quick notes:

  • There is no aversion, only attraction.

  • What you think and feel, you attract.

  • Where your focus goes, your energy flows.

That’s LOA!

In the midst of deep diving into it again,

I was also learning about identity and how to build habits.

The beginning of habit building is finding out who you want to be (your identity).

LOA was teaching me how it was possible to “step in” to the way we want to be

by feeling how we want to feel right here, right NOW.

At the same time,

habit building was teaching me that

performing habits that are in alignment

with the identity we want to become

confirms and encourages the becoming of that identity -

which is the best of the ever becoming you -

your higher self.

This is where the higher self script comes in.

What is a higher self script?

A higher self script is the intention setting and framework

for how you’re going to interact and show up in the world today.

In other words,

it’s the blueprint that you create

to set the intention for who you want to be

and review daily, remember, feel, and “step in” to that higher self -

the best version of you that’s ever-evolving!

Why do it?

A higher self script is a great way

to remind yourself every day, every week,

(whenever you need it)

of who you are, how you’re being that already, right now,

and where you want to go.

When we write a higher self script,

we can be our own motivators!

We can help ourselves stay on our path,

especially when other people or outside forces throw us off.

Then, when you align your daily habits to the becoming of that higher self identity,

you reinforce that new identity every single day,

thus creating compound interest and further stepping into our next level!

Create your own higher self script

1)

On a sheet of paper,

write a list of aspects you want to build, amplify, or become

as part of your identity/next level/higher self.

2)

Next to each aspect,

go a little further to write what actions you can do today to show that-

In the present tense!

Example:

I am..

  • *Grateful. I’m always feeling deep appreciation for the present moment, myself, and those around me. *(kind of a must have for your script!)

  • Calm. I always take deep breaths to stay chilled out and relaxed. Eustress only!

  • Attractive. I keep a beautiful smile on my face. I’m very poised.

  • Fit. I work out every day and love moving my body! I love eating healthy food.

  • Energetic. I’m always refreshed and ready to go! I get amazing rest and sleep.

Keep it handy!

Put your script somewhere accessible so you can read it easily, daily ☀️

Stick it to the bathroom mirror, or your bedside dresser.

Read it daily in the morning for several days straight

(or forever)

and keep it evolving!

Imagine the feeling of fully stepping into those aspects in that very moment.

Align habits and actions taken today with those aspects..

Step in!

See how it makes you feel 😇

It could be incredibly fun and rewarding to create a blueprint

for what we want our life to look like,

where we want to grow 🌱

and what we want to experience;

Not that we shouldn’t also remember that we should always

be happy with where we are first and foremost!

Gratitude is key!

Something I learned a while ago was that

we can’t really bring anything new into our lives

unless we’re grateful for what we have and where we are first.

Since there’s only attraction and no aversion in LOA,

what we feel now is what we’re attracting now,

and if we’re feeling satisfaction and gratitude,

we’ll be aligning to that vibration,

focusing that energy,

and attracting more of it.

On the contrary,

if we were not feeling grateful, but rather feeling lack,

we’d be attracting more lack.

We’d be focusing our energy on the not having/being of something

and so our energy and feelings will align to that vibration instead of the one we want.

Abraham Hicks says,

“The problem and the solution are on different wavelengths.”

A higher self script is a simple, helpful way to jump onto that wavelength

so we can ride that wave throughout the rest of the day! 🤩
