A Great Week Ahead

Like a lot of you out there, I dedicate Sunday as the day of the week I get my life together & back on track.

It’s a new beginning - a fresh start - & I love setting aside time to get caught up ready for fun, ease & flow throughout the week ahead 😊

Below, is what my current Weekly Prep Review looks like that helps remind me to rest and reset so I set myself up and am I’m fully prepared for a great week!

I love blocking things out on my phone’s calendar & setting up a reminder alert.

Every Sunday, I get a Weekly Prep Review reminder to read through the below & go through the things that I know are foundational and key to my ultimate wellbeing and keeping my vibe high ✨

  • Good Rest

    • breathwork

    • meditate (< 15 min)

    • take breaks throughout the day

    • wind down & get relaxed to the max before bed

    • get in bed earlier

  • Eat Well

    • set the intention for how you want to nourish your body

    • what will you be nourishing your body with?

    • eat plenty of fruits & veggies

    • drink lots of water (shoot for a gallon, 128 oz., get re-hydrated & detox!)

  • Fitness

    • how are you going to keep your body

      • strong

      • lean

      • flexible

  • Progress

    • where do you want/need to improve?

    • what actions can you take to improve?

    • how are you going to implement & practice those?

    • visualize yourself living out & already having achieved your goals
