Get clear on your goals, start your habits, take action on your routine!

Together, we will:

Clarify your goals by completing the fli Life Wheel, asking a series of questions, and then comparing the two to identify the areas that need the most love.

Identify key habits you need to take to consistently begin filling those gaps.

Build a routine to embed those habits into your day-to-day and start actually living the life you want now.

Includes 1 month accountability & check-ins.

After completing Level 1, you can book your next session - Level 2!

Coaching days: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday

LEVEL 2

Declutter your routine, make your priority habits run smoother, and identify the essentials.

Together, we will:

Progress check to see if there’s any recalibration necessary to stay consistent with living your best lifestyle and reaching your goals.

Reduce friction by making adjustments and improvements to your habits and routine so you save time and energy for the things that matter most to you and prioritize what moves you forward.

Identify the bare essentials of your habits and routine that you can do to still exercise your habit muscle and get your daily essentials done, even when life throws you lemons ;)

Includes 1 month accountability & check-ins.

After completing Level 2, you can book your next session, Level 3!

90 minutes
Coaching days: Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday

LEVEL 3

Do an overall progress check, work with your energy cycles, and tap into micro habits.

Together, we will:

Progress check to see if there’s any recalibration necessary to stay consistent with living your best lifestyle and reaching your goals.

Work with your energy cycles by reviewing your feminine cycles (whether cycling or not) and work with your energy fluctuations instead of against them to create better flow in your month, week, and day.

Work on micro habits by taking a closer look into your habit systems and polish them up to make them as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

Includes 1 month accountability & check-ins.

After completing Level 3, we can book your next session, Level 4, and discuss what that will look like for you.
