What do you think of when you hear “vibes?” AKA.. vibration, vibrational energy, frequency..

When I think of our vibration, I think of the waves of energy that we (and everything around us) emit from our mental, emotional, spiritual, and even physical bodies. And a lot, if not all of this energy is created by our thoughts and feelings which directly affect our actions, reactions, beliefs, and thus our life experience.

Our vibration is so vital to understand and learn how to exercise because it guides our experience and ripples energy out into the world around us. It’s how we can literally change the world from within.

Vibrational fitness is learning how to exercise a higher vibration within ourselves and ****our energetic field, and then exercising or practicing **that vibration enough so that it’s not only easier to stay “in shape” on that higher “level,” making that our new baseline, but eventually allows us to interact with life from that higher place and even build momentum to lift us to more places of love, joy, excitement, exhilaration.. We are expansive beings after all.

A higher vibrational set point uplifts how we think and feel, thus uplifting how we perceive, act, react, as well as uplift our core beliefs. It directly impacts our experience.. every second.. including right NOW!
