How to Become Vibrationally Fit
If vibrational fitness is a state of vibrational well-being, then our muscle is our vibration and the exercise is practicing a higher vibration.
The reason we would even want to be more fit vibrationally is because it impacts how we interact with every part of our life, how life interacts with us, and what we attract into it.
So.. are you ready to get vibrationally fit and stay fli?
I’ll be sharing easy exercises for practicing a higher vibration in just about every blog and on my Instagram account if you feel called to try any out :)
The goal is to raise our vibration and strengthen it at higher levels so that we can more easily uplift ourselves and the world around us, create more flow, and attract into our life whatever it is that we desire.
(And what we desire includes things like more peace, more beauty, more ease and flow, more love, trust, and respect, better health, more abundance and wealth, deeper and more meaningful relationships, etc..)
For now.. I invite you to observe and explore your current vibration.
What are you feeling?
What are your thoughts telling you?
Are you in a state where you feel like you want to level up?
Are you in a state that you’re enjoying, but want to see if you can maintain and even expand it?
Becoming more aware of our thoughts and how we feel is vital to being able to raise our vibration.
We have to know where we are in order to “work ” on a higher thought or feeling, or even recognize when to savor and amplify a really good one.
Remember..
Our thoughts and feelings are creating vibrational waves of energy and contributing to our magnetic field.
We’re emitting and attracting back to us whatever we’re giving our attention to.
The more we hold thoughts that are in a vibration that feels better and better to us, the more momentum we build, the clearer our signal becomes to source to answer us, and the more magnetism we build to attract it into our experience.
You are capable of creating your reality and impacting the world around you!
