Amp Up your Energy!

I’ve been on a kick of trying to learn and absorb everything I can about getting energy and focus to make the most of my blocked-out work time or “action” time.


Here are some ideas of what helps energize me in the mornings… What are some others?

  • stretching out

  • moving around

  • turning on all the lights & open the windows

  • more upbeat music

    • make a gradually more and more upbeat morning playlist. no words. start with binaural beats (with no added sound, just the beat), then rev it up with more fun stuff

  • dancing

  • getting pretty

  • complimenting myself - some self-love & appreciation

  • making hot lemon ginger water, tea, and coffee
