Amp Up your Energy!
I’ve been on a kick of trying to learn and absorb everything I can about getting energy and focus to make the most of my blocked-out work time or “action” time.

make a gradually more and more upbeat morning playlist. no words. start with binaural beats (with no added sound, just the beat), then rev it up with more fun stuff
dancing
getting pretty
complimenting myself - some self-love & appreciation
making hot lemon ginger water, tea, and coffee
