What would my HIGHEST SELF do?

FLI EXERCISE:

Ask yourself throughout the day, as many times as you can:

“What would my highest self do?

What does “higher self” mean to you?

It’s not just another new age buzzword that hangs around “vibration.”

To me, my highest self is..

  • who I am at my best self,

  • fulfilling my fullest potential,

  • living out my life having taken all my life lessons into account.

After learning more about vibration, I started to see how practicing raising your vibration automatically molds you into your highest self.

You get closer and closer to her the more you feel your way into her higher vibration - that better and better feeling place, with more positive and uplifted thinking, taking aligned and inspired action.

The more often we play with life in a higher vibration, the more that a higher vibration becomes our natural state.

But life does happen..

External (and internal) things can take you for a spin and throw you out of alignment where past thoughts and behaviors creep up and then you realize you’re right back in a reactive state.

And that’s okay.

Course-correcting is a part of the creativity and expansion of life.

It’s another way we can practice raising our vibration and realigning with our highest self.

Then the question is..

How can we step into our higher self and stay there more often?

  1. Ask yourself this question throughout the day, whenever you can think about it:
    “What would my HIGHER SELF do?”

  2. Make the necessary shift (either physically, with your perception, or whatever you need to do..)

  3. Then notice what happens.
    Notice the shift in your energy and then the shift in energy around you (especially with others).

For me.. I’ve been noticing a immediate difference in how I interact with life.

Something I’ve been noticing is that I automatically fix my posture (knowing now that it also realigns our chakras and breathing pathway 🤯 Bonus!).

I take a breath and imagine how my highest self would be doing what I’m doing or if she’d be doing something completely different.

I picture how she looks, what expression she has on her face, what she sounds like, how she responds to people..

I imagine the aura she’s giving off, what energy she has, how she would perceive what’s happening in her experience right now in the best light..

You get it.

I noticed a difference the very first day I started practicing this and am committing myself to practice every day going forward.

I’m responding with a little more love and light and have a smile on my face more often 😊

But probably the best part.. I realized how changing my energy affects my toddler and husband who are witness to me.

That goes to show that practicing this can immediately and beneficially affect those around you, especially those you’re close to 💞
